MASKS ENCOURAGED BUT OPTIONAL
We are thankful that we have been able to move forward together. For nearly a year now, we've been meeting in person in limited numbers while wearing masks to protect the vulnerable among us. And even with those precautions, we understand that not everyone is able to join in person. We thank God that he has already joined us together and made us one body -no matter where we're at. We look forward to the day that we can all be together once more. Until that time, let's continue to remember one another, keep on reaching out to each other, and grow in caring for each other as we welcome the nations.
At this stage of the pandemic, while cases are low and vaccines are readily available, we have decided to make masks optional for our in person gatherings on Sundays. We thank God for the overall health of our church. Although we understand that there are those that are still impacted and vulnerable to COVID. We want to thank everyone for putting preferences aside and wearing masks to limit the spread of sickness and to protect the vulnerable among us this past year. Moving forward, we will still provide masks, but wearing them is optional.
We want to grow as a church that honors one another: honoring those that make a different choice; honoring those who are more vulnerable. We understand that our freedom in Christ is not our license to do what we want, but rather freedom from our own selfishness; freedom to serve others, freedom to love one another.
As we move forward, we will continue to monitor the situation around us. If infections and hospitalizations rise, we will reconsider how we can continue to meet in person while honoring and protecting the vulnerable in our church and surrounding community.
NO REGISTERATION NECESSARY
Masks are encouraged, but optional. Feel free to join us each Sunday Morning.
If you can't join us in person, we invite you to join us online (also at 11:15AM) and connect with us via our YouTube channel.
